Too many incidents to count! end July begin August
- huge fire – three hours to douse. got close to the dam. more information later
- Audi careens down Ledgewood out of control because driver evacuated
- Trespassers enter top of Beachwood gate after hours – climbing over wall or just entering when others leave – sometimes under the un-watchful eye of the guard
- oversize busses–3 of them–turn in intersections, tying up traffic in both directions at the “T” of Beachwood and Ledgewood
- tourist car hits resident car on weekend; resident car has to be towed away. Tourist car had to choose between running down walkers in the streets (no sidewalks) or hitting the car. Chose the car.
- Breaking and entering a car 3AM Beachwood “spur”
- 3 mailboxes broken into with crowbar
- Camper pulls up in 3000 block to take it easy and cook dinner .
- Set of four Hispanic boys tag PPD signs on Beachwood.
- 3 SUV Limos park in front of two residents entrances, blocking ingress/egress.
