Hollywoodland Original Hand-Printed Lithographs by Freda Maddow

These colorful vintage prints were created by longtime Hollywoodland resident Freda Flier Maddow,  a former professional dancer on Broadway with the renowned Martha Graham Dance Company.

Maddow  born in 1917 and died in 2004 was the widow of celebrated screenwriter    Ben Maddow (The Asphalt Jungle, Johnny Guitar, God’s Little Acre). Her unsigned works are on archival embossed professional printmaking paper. Dimensions 22 x 30 inches.  The HHA is selling them for $50 each for HHA members and $75 for non-members.  Money from the prints will be used to restore lighting in our historic entrance gates in celebration of Hollywoodland’s
