* They started by praising the efforts by housing homeless and the progress of it??!! No enough.
* They talked about how Fentanyl is taking over the high schools and how 12-14 years old kids are addicted and that parents opposing police presence at schools, so their hand is tight. It is selling for $10 a pill used to be $30 a pill. All come from China and the border. There is no punishment for using it, does not show in drug test, at best it is a misdemeanor and the users just get a ticket. They recommend that everyone to see the documentary about this drug called: “Dead on arrival”.
* They talked about reduction of 30% in crime but increase of 18% in petty theft. Burglary down 23%. Not much problem with night club life in Hollywood.
* They alerted everyone to be careful about Uber and Lyft and before getting on ask driver, “What is my name” to prevent serious problems. They also alerted everyone to strap their Catalytic converters to prevent it from being stolen, it will cost between $120 to $150 but will save you over $5K plus and hassle.
* They said the the reserve officers will be working on party houses and on November 17th the officers will be serving at the “Wood and Wine” restaurant from 5-10 PM, to help a charity event.
