John deLario (aka Delario) was the primary architect of the original Hollywoodland tract.  His presence is evident when you enter the Hollywoodland historic granite gates which he designed.  Other village plans include the Hollywoodland Real Estate Office and the commercial    building on the west side of the village. He designed more than thirty Hollywoodland homes from quaint cottages to spiraling castles.  The purpose of the John Delario Club is to identify, preserve and understand Delario structures.  We hope to catalog all historical references, plan brochures, as well as photo document design appointments and elements unique to his style.
