Crime and Safety: taking action
Organized by Hollywoodland Homeowners Association Member and resident Justin Burnett, this meeting was convened following the mobilization of many residents via the Hollywoodland Neighborhood WhatsApp. The goal was to come together, learn, and reinforce our collective efforts to address the challenges facing our community.
From strengthening our homes against fire hazards to establishing an effective neighborhood watch, there are numerous initiatives we can undertake—both as individual homeowners and as a united community—to enhance our safety and resilience.
The Hollywoodland Homeowners Association is the organization that can coordinate many of these initiatives as we move forward. In addition to liaising with the City of LA, we are setting up working groups to take rapid action to protect ourselves. Let's keep talking and planning together!
