The Hollywoodland Specific Plan: In 1987, The HHA developed the Hollywoodland Specific Plan(#168, 121) to protect Hollywoodland from excessive and inappropriately scaled development and to foster the neighborhood’s historic character, fabric, and relationship to the park. The Specific Plan addresses fences, walls, room additions, and new house construction.

City of Los Angeles’ Zone Information & Map Access System (ZIMAS): provides public information for property parcels, including zoning info and sales prices.

Office of Historic Resources: profiles, maps and photos of Los Angeles’ 22 Historic Preservation Overlay Zones (HPOZs), a summary of Los Angeles’ historic designation process, and more.

Preferential Parking Permit: Is your Hollywoodland home in the preferential parking district? Preferential parking districts (PPD Parking Permits) and overnight parking districts will be designated with signs. To park there without risk of a parking citation, you must have a valid parking permit.

A mechanism to interface with adjacent neighbors to unite and protect the “Gift” Current updates of events that affect the Hollywoodland community relative to the”Gift”. Access to historical venues and organizations that have influenced the development and or preserve the “Gift”
